Spring and/or Summer Residence
Stay in secure, fully furnished units during the Spring Term (May 3 – June 22, 2026) and/or Summer Term (June 28 - August 16, 2026).
Please note that Spring/Summer residences are only available to ¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½ students, postdocs, researchers, interns, and visiting scholars and those enrolled in ESL or Continuing Education full time programs.
Residents can stay in secure, fully furnished units for one to four months in spring/summer. Residents must be a student at the University of Calgary or affiliated with the University of Calgary.
Fees include furniture, utilities, internet services, events and tenant insurance
- The fees for these buildings are per person per term.
- Spring term: May 3 to June 22 and Summer term: June 28 to Aug 16.
- Fees are to be paid by May 11 & July 6

Spring/Summer Vacating Information
A Resident may terminate their Agreement by completing a vacating notice through their Resident Portal, a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance of their desired termination date.
When vacating residence the tenant’s residence fees will be charged to the requested move-out date or fourteen (14) days after the vacating request was submitted, whichever is later. There will be a $200 contract breaking fee.
Vacating notices will not be accepted for move-outs:
- That are requested to be within fourteen (14) days of the end of the agreement
- That are prior to 28 days after move-in. Residents must stay for a minimum of 28 nights
- Not submitted through the Resident Portal

Advance Payment
The advance payment for the Spring/Summer 2026 terms is $200. This advance payment will go towards the first term rent.
The advance payment is non-refundable if the student decides not to live in residence for the any of the terms during the Spring/Summer.
