Celebrate 60 years of ¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½ at Community Day!

A full day of fun, activities and inspiration for all Calgarians

Join the University of Calgary on Saturday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Main Campus for Community Day, celebrating 60 years of ¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½.

The day is packed with events for everyone: students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors and the wider Calgary community.  

Highlights include Rex’s Jurassic Jamboree, a Guinness World Record attempt for the most people dressed as dinosaurs, and Start Something, EH!, a showcase of Canadian innovation and entrepreneurship featuring special guest speakers and panels.

Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy live music at the Calgary Stampede Community Stage, take part in trivia challenges at the Den, explore campus activations, and create memorable experiences with friends and family. 

Community Day is open to all Calgarians, and free parking is available on the south-side campus lots and at McMahon Stadium. For more information and to register for select events, visit
