The countdown is on to the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth. Only six weeks until Calgarians put on their cowboy boots, and head down to the grounds to enjoy the rides, food, music and shows.

¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½ is proud to partner with the Calgary Stampede once again, offering the University of Calgary community a 20-per-cent discount on evening show tickets which include the GMC Rangeland Derby and the Bell Grandstand Show. Tickets also include entrance to Stampede Park.

¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½ community members — including students, faculty, staff, donors, volunteers, alumni, and friends — can purchase tickets for the Sunday, July 7 to Wednesday, July 10 Evening Show performances in select portions of level one and level five and all of level seven seating. Tickets can be purchased through the  with the promo code UCALGARY or by calling the Calgary Stampede’s ticket sales office at 403-269-9822. The discount code is valid until June 28.

Calgary Stampede events

There are a number of ¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½ Stampede activities planned for 2019, beginning with the annual , sponsored in part by Calgary Stampede which coincides with National Indigenous Peoples Day.

The fun continues with the annual President’s Stampede Barbecue on Wednesday, July 3 and ¶¶ÒõAPPµ¼º½ participating in the Stampede Parade with a new entry on Friday, July 5, among other activities.
